For those joining our TriStarDogs.com Community, you are invited to submit photos of your dogs to our Pet Pics photo gallery, upload links to videos of your dogs to Video Stars, leave comments on our Blog, and receive free monthly email newsletters filled with the latest pet news and products. We may also invite you to participate in our occasional polls on key issues concerning dogs and animal rights. You may terminate your membership or subscription to our community and/or newsletter at any time.

Use of the Sites by Children

The required information on our membership application is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (http://www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm). It is not our intention to gather any information on children under the age of 13 without explicit parental consent.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will never be shared with anyone. All your data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. You will be receiving your monthly TriStarDogs.com e-newsletter containing canine news and information on new products as well as occasional polls and surveys. If you do not wish to receive these or any other information from us, you can decline now or opt out at any time by emailing info@tristardogs.com

Pet Pics Photo Gallery Participation

This service is provided for the pleasure and use by our members. Submissions are limited to appropriate images of dogs only and are subject to approval prior to being placed on the site. Posting of any advertising, commercial links or the promotion of pyramid schemes, chain letters or other for-profit ventures are strictly prohibited.

By submitting photos to the photo gallery, you agree not to violate the rights of others by posting any inappropriate content or violating any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right of another party. You also agree not to post any material containing obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory or unlawful content. You also agree not to impersonate another person or transmit any virus or other communications of a destructive nature. TriStarDogs.com reserves the right to reject any submission without cause.

We do not permit pictures submitted to Pet Pics to be used by anyone for any purpose without permission from the submitting party.

Video Stars Participation

You are invited to submit links to entertaining videos of your dog in our Video Stars section. This service is provided for the pleasure and use by our members. All submissions must be entertaining videos of your dog’s activities and/or interaction with friends and/or family members. All submissions are subject to approval and may or may not be selected for appearance on the site. TriStarDogs.com reserves the right to reject any submission without cause.
